Youth are the future of the nation. Image of Thai youth, age between 15-25 years old which are more than 15 million in the past few years, are rather negative; stained from drugs, violence, addicted to online games, materialism and lack of public responsiveness.

However youth are naturally energetic and creative. Researches and papers showed that all troubles rooted from inequality time they spend and the surrounding that only does not support them to turn their creativity and energy into any kind of growth but also educational and social system keep forcing them to do what they are told instead of listening or supporting youth to learn from trials and errors.

To solve the problem sustainability and effectively is to provide supports and opportunities for youth to create activities according to their interest especially volunteer and social development projects that will lead them to learn from their experience to realize self worth and relation with other.

Youth are encouraged to think and create volunteering activities from their inspiration will turn into innovations for social development. With constant supports they can also become young social entrepreneur.

There are so many organizations working for and with youth including government agencies, NGOs or even private sector. However, our unique position of being at the same age group makes us truly understands our target group. There will no youth who want to do what they are told, what they need to take action is motivation and guided questions. This shapes our working approach of our consulting team for instance. Besides, we choose to run this project on our own with determination to make changes so we always do our bests. To make the most of resources, we also put our entire attempt to be a learning organization that never stops improving our carrying out. Furthermore, limitations of being young are experience and accountability, our main strategies are set to partner with others; youth groups, networks, academic, government, NGOs and corporate domestically and internationally.

YIY may be effectively motivated youth to volunteer and create projects. With resources constraint, it is not enough to suddenly improve the whole country. That's why all of our effort will be documented and extract into lesson learn that we will use to influence policy maker for expansion of supporting systems nationally.
